TapeOut Sites 由两份 BNB Chain 合约（SiteRegistry、DomainBinding，可升级代理，升级权仅在协议 owner 手中，只用于修复缺陷；我们计划在运营稳定后放弃升级权，届时代码永久冻结）和一个开源网关程序组成。你上传的文件写进链上合约，任何人都可以运行网关把它们端出来。我们在 hashport.org 运行的只是其中一个网关。
TapeOut Sites consists of two upgradeable BNB Chain contracts (upgrade rights held only by the protocol owner, used for fixes only, to be renounced once stable) and an open-source gateway. Files you upload are written to the chain; anyone can run a gateway to serve them. The gateway we run is merely one of them.
写进链上的字节无法删除。「摘下」只是不再被索引和端出。请勿上传密钥、隐私数据或任何你日后可能希望删除的内容。
Bytes written on-chain cannot be deleted. "Removing" only stops indexing and serving. Do not upload secrets, personal data, or anything you may later wish to delete.
本服务不收取任何服务费。上传、开通 DeWEB 地址、绑定域名都只需为你自己发出的交易支付 BNB Chain 的 gas，直接付给链，不经过我们。开通与绑定的有效期为 10 年，可随时免费延期。
There is no service fee. Uploading, activating the DeWEB address and binding a domain only cost the gas of your own transactions, paid directly to BNB Chain, not to us. Activations and bindings are valid for 10 years and can be extended at any time for free.
我们运行的网关不审核、不背书任何站点内容，也不存储内容（只做短时缓存）。我们保留在收到有效投诉（侵权、诈骗、恶意软件、违法内容）后拒绝端出某站点的权利；被拒绝的站点返回 HTTP 451，内容仍在链上，站长可换用其他网关。
投诉与移除请求：请发邮件至 [email protected]，写明域名或容器地址、具体路径和理由。我们一般在 3 个工作日内处理。
The gateway is a conduit: it does not review, endorse, or store site content beyond a short cache. We may decline to serve a site after a valid complaint (infringement, fraud, malware, illegal content); declined sites return HTTP 451 and remain on-chain. Abuse reports: [email protected] with the domain or container address, path, and reason.
你的域名归你的注册商管理。链上付费只是「有资格被解析」；实际指向由你 DNS 里的 _tapeout TXT 记录决定。转让电路 NFT 会转让链上的网站与付费记录，但不会转让域名本身；买卖双方需另行交接 DNS。
Your domain stays with your registrar. On-chain payment only makes a container eligible; the actual mapping is decided by your _tapeout TXT record. Transferring the circuit NFT transfers the on-chain site and paid periods, not the domain itself.
服务按「现状」提供。合约升级只会修复缺陷、不会动用户的文件或付费记录；网关可能因链、RPC 或 DNS 故障暂时不可用。我们不对任何损失负责，包括 gas 损耗、临时钱包余额丢失、域名解析中断。
Provided "as is". Contract upgrades only fix defects and never touch user files or paid periods; the gateway may be unavailable due to chain, RPC, or DNS failures. We are not liable for losses including gas, temporary-wallet balances, or DNS interruptions.
网关记录请求日志（域名、路径、状态码、来源 IP）用于限速与排障，保留不超过 30 天。链上数据本身是公开且永久的。
The gateway logs requests (host, path, status, client IP) for rate limiting and debugging, retained no longer than 30 days. On-chain data is public and permanent.
