Store your dapp frontend
on BNB Chain

The last off-chain piece of your dapp or DeFi protocol goes on chain too. Once the frontend is audited and verified, users no longer need to worry about malicious approvals or trojaned frontends.

01 / Why

Dapp frontends cannot be verified, and users fear malicious approvals

2025.02

The real frontend gets replaced

Bybit lost about USD 1.5 billion. The contracts were fine; the signing UI JavaScript was injected so signers saw one transaction and signed another. With the frontend on chain, this whole class of attack disappears.

DNS / CDN / npm

Infrastructure gets hijacked

DNS hijacks, stolen CDN accounts, poisoned dependencies: same ending. Right domain, right contract, wrong page. The wallet compares every file against its on-chain hash; one wrong byte turns it red.

approve()

Approval phishing pages

Look-alike domains trick users into approving tokens to an attacker. Once a contract declares its official frontend on chain, the wallet sees before signing that "this page is not the frontend the contract declared" and warns.

02 / How it verifies

The dapp homepage shows "On-chain frontend · verified".

  1. 01

    Frontend goes on chain

Drag your build output into the console. Every file is written to BNB Chain with its SHA-256 registered on chain.

  2. 02

    Contract declares its frontend

The contract owner records in an ownerless public registry: "my official frontend is this container".

  3. 03

    Self-service audit by security firms

Audit firms can review a frontend version on chain and register a signed hash of what they audited. Wallets show audited frontends accordingly.

  4. 04

    Wallet checks byte by byte

The wallet browser hashes every file the page loaded, checks the chain, checks the declaration, and only then shows "On-chain frontend · verified".

For wallets and audit firms

No token, no fee, no vendor lock-in in the standard: one file-store interface, one DNS record, one ownerless declaration registry. Integration is a few hundred lines; we provide a verifier library and a demo page.

03 / Same layer

Frontend and contract, same layer.
On every full node. No other network to switch to.

Files are not on some storage network, side chain, or node that needs renewing. They sit in BNB Chain state, with the same guarantee as your contract balance: as many copies as there are full nodes.

  • No other network, no other token, no other wallet
  • Any RPC can eth_call the frontend bytes; a contract can even read its own frontend
  • Nothing to pin, nothing to renew, nothing that disappears because nobody kept it
  • The gateway is open source; anyone can run an entrance. If ours goes down, the site is still there
04 / Ownership

Whoever holds the circuit container NFT is the site admin.

The frontend admin is not an account and a password. It is the HashPort circuit container NFT built on TapeOut. Whoever holds the NFT can change the site; hand over the NFT and the site and its domain payments go with it. That makes something new trivially simple: list a whole dapp or DeFi platform on the circuit market and trade it.

ERC-6551

Admin = NFT holder

Permission is decided by the ERC-6551 circuit container: holder, opened, not listed. No account to steal, no password to leak.

MARKET

List it on the circuit market

The whole dapp (frontend + domain payments) is listed, sold and settled as one NFT, entirely on chain. Buying and selling a dapp has never been this simple.

FROZEN

Frozen while listed

While the circuit is listed on the market the site cannot be modified; the buyer gets exactly the version they saw.

05 / How to use

Dead simple. Drag, drop, done. Just like FTP.

No new language, no build changes, nothing to install. Drag your existing dist folder into the browser; a temporary wallet signs the rest.

1

Connect wallet

Pick a circuit with an opened container. If you have none, open one on TapeOut first.

2

Drag the folder

Drop your build folder. The wallet confirms twice; dozens of upload transactions are signed by a temporary wallet.

3

Open it on DeWEB

Your site is live at its DeWEB address right away. Binding your own domain is optional and free.
